WORK2025 will be held at the Turku University campus, in Arcanum building, Arcanuminkuja 1, Turku, Finland. Coffee breaks, as well as Wednesday and Thursday lunches, will take place in the lobby of Arcanum. Friday lunch and Wednesday Get-together will be held at Restaurant Macciavelli, located in the Educarium building. See more about the venues and getting around below.

Arcanum is located 1.5 km from the city centre and is easy to reach on foot or by public transport. Several buses depart from the Market Square and stop near the venue. For more information on local bus connections in Turku region, click here. If you arrive by train from Helsinki direction, the Kupittaa station is only 1.5 km from the conference venue. The conference participants will receive complimentary bus passes for Turku region public transport, which enable unlimited use of Turku region traffic (city buses and water bus) during the conference.
If you are travelling by car, please note that parking on the Turku campus is chargeable. Parking spaces are available near the venue at Arcanuminkuja and parking is paid for with eParking, EasyPark or ParkMan app.
The Get-together on Wednesday, 20 August, and the Friday lunch will be held at Restaurant Macciavelli located in the Educarium building (Assistentinkatu 5, Turku).
